What is a Blog?
Blog (abbreviation from Web log) is a personal site where you can write your posts on an ongoing basis. Blog is more affected by your personality (realize or not) then a traditional website. It is a popular web format at our days.
Where to register the Blog?
There are a lot of free blog providers in the internet, some of the most famous are: http://www.blogger.com, http://www.wordpress.com and http://www.blogsome.com. In this post we are going to see step by step instructions on how to make a blog at http://www.blogger.com.

- It only takes a minute to create a blog there.
- It’s free to use.
- No specific skills are required. You won’t be confused with programming language as you’ll be given some predefined blog format to choose from. If you have some knowledge of HTML code, you are allowed to edit it in the template section.

How to make a blog?
1. Go to http://www.blogger.com. If you have a Google account (gmail e-mail address), sign up there.
If you don’t have a Google account, you need to create it. Click an on “CREATE YOUR BLOG NOW” arrow.
2. Create a Google Account:
Fill the ‘e-mail address’ box by any of your valid e-mail address.
Rewrite your e-mail address in ‘retype e-mail address’ box.
Type the password you want in ‘enter a password’ box, it have to be 8 characters at least.
Retype your password in ‘type password again’ box.
Complete ‘display name’ box with the name that will appear when you sign your posts and/or comment on other blogs. You can change it later, if you want.
Type the word which is shown, in ‘word verification’ box. After you read it, check the ‘I accept the Terms of Service’ box by clicking on the little square beside the sentence.
Click on the “CONTINUE” arrow.
3. Write the title of your Blog (you can change it later) in ‘Blog Title’ box. This is a short description of what is your Blog about. Magnetic blog title draws many readers to you.
4. Create a Blog’s location name in ‘Blog address (URL)’ box. It’s always better to think of your Blog’s name in advance. Your blog name will be : thenameofyourchoose.blogspot.com.
5. Type verification word which is shown in the ‘word verification’ form. After that, click on ‘CONTINUE’ arrow.
7. Choose the template that you want (you can change it later, if you need) from the free library provided and click again ‘CONTINUE’ arrow.
8. When you see ‘Your blog has been created!’ sentence, your Blog is ready for the first post. Click on “BEGIN POSTING’ arrow. Write whatever you want. You can add pictures in the post by clicking on toolbar button. When you finish with the text, click ‘PUBLISH POST’ button.

my kids are trying to make some money blogging, i wouldn’t tell they succeed in it…I can’t help them, as i am not IT guy. Would be nice to get more materials for kids specifically, as they have hard time reading post written by complicated IT language…sorry if it’s off top comment
